In our die-casting workshop, molten zinc alloy is injected into the molds and instantly solidifies into durable, robust blanks. Afterward, these blanks undergo expert polishing to achieve smooth, shiny surfaces, ensuring every fastener gleams with brilliance.  

The electroplating process is like dressing the fasteners in vibrant colors. Whether it's classic gold or silver or any other unique shade, we can meet your color requirements with ease.
