In the hardware accessories of bags, there are many common types of metal buckles, such as D-ring buckles, square buckles, round buckles, triangular buckles, and so on. Today, let’s take a look at how these metal buckles are produced step by step!

First, the customer needs to provide the product design drawings. Our design team will convert these into a three-dimensional model, transforming the flat design into a three-dimensional representation, which allows for precise display of the details of the metal buckles from various angles.

Next, we enter the critical stage of CNC machining to develop the molds. We will use the data from the three-dimensional model to precisely carve the mold material with high accuracy, ensuring that every detail of the metal buckle is accurately depicted.

After that, we move on to the die-casting production stage, where molten zinc alloy material is injected into the mold. During this process, the internal structure and external contour of the buckle are fixed.

Although the die-cast buckles are already formed, their surfaces may appear slightly rough. We need to go through the polishing process, gradually smoothing the buckles with gentle abrasion.

Next, we carry out the electroplating process, applying a metal layer to the buckles, such as gold or silver, which makes the final product more eye-catching when placed on the bag.

Finally, we conduct a strict quality inspection process. From the shape of the buckles to the appearance of their surfaces, only those products that pass through multiple levels of screening will be packaged and promptly delivered to the customer.
