Do you know how a high-quality metal keychain or keyring is produced? Today, I’m going to reveal the process!

First, our designers provide product drawings based on the brand's requirements. Once confirmed, they quickly create a 3D model to accurately showcase every detail of the keychain.

Next, using this 3D model, we begin the CNC machining process to carve the mold. This step is crucial because we need to precisely engrave every line and curve from the design onto the mold.

We also assess the usage scenarios of the accessories and recommend suitable raw materials, followed by precise measurement and mixing, helping brands reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Once the mold is ready, we send the initial samples to the brand for confirmation to ensure they meet expectations.

Once the samples are approved, we proceed with production in the die-casting workshop.

However, the surface of the keychain after die-casting may have some minor imperfections, so we need to carry out cutting, grinding, and polishing. This step is meticulous, aiming to achieve a smooth surface for the keychain.

Next is the electroplating process. Depending on different customer needs, we plate the keychain with various colors, which not only enhances its appearance but also improves corrosion resistance.

Finally, after all production processes are completed, our quality inspection personnel conduct a thorough check of each keychain, including dimensions, appearance, and performance. Only products that pass inspection are packaged and shipped.
