In the world of outdoor sports equipment, although carabiners may seem insignificant, they are the "superheroes" of connection and safety. Today, let me unveil the production secrets that industry insiders don’t want you to know!

 

Our designers quickly create stunning 3D modeling graphics based on flat blueprints or samples of the carabiners. Every curve and connection point is accurately represented in three-dimensional space, allowing us to preview its final form!

 

Once the data is successfully input into the CNC engraving machine, the cutting tool transforms into an “artist,” meticulously engraving the mold material. Guided by preset programs, the mold for our carabiners is magically crafted into shape!

 

In our more than ten efficient die-casting workshops, high-temperature zinc alloy molten metal is injected into preheated molds, instantly filling every corner. After cooling, it becomes a robust carabiner blank.

 

Although the cast blanks are quite sturdy, they inevitably have rough edges. We refine them with expert craftsmanship, carefully removing burrs and imperfections to ensure each carabiner’s surface is smooth and flawless.

 

Next, the carabiners undergo a tailor-made electroplating process, giving them a glamorous finish while equipping them to face various challenges from rain and sunlight!

 

During the inspection phase, our staff meticulously checks each carabiner. Only after passing multiple quality control checks can the qualified products be packaged and shipped to your hands!
