Die casting is a key step in the shaping of metal accessories. In this process, high-temperature zinc alloy liquid is quickly injected into the mold under 88 tons of pressure in a die-casting machine, forming the accessories instantaneously.

The shaped accessories then require sanding and polishing. We start with coarse sanding and gradually progress to finer polishing, removing any defects to make the product surface smooth and like new.

Next is the electroplating stage. We will electroplate the accessories in various colors, such as gold, silver, or other colors, according to client requirements, perfectly showcasing the design.
